The meeting point for the official shuttle is located on the main avenue of Aguas Calientes, next to the bus stop area known locally as “Paradero de Buses a Machu Picchu”. This is the only official boarding point.
You will receive your official round-trip shuttle ticket by email the day before your trip. The name on the ticket must match your passport or ID, as it will be checked before boarding.
When you arrive in Aguas Calientes, walk straight from the train station for about 3–5 minutes along the main pedestrian avenue. The official shuttle boarding point is easy to find: you will see the organized bus lines, staff wearing green and yellow Consettur uniforms, and signs marked “Bus to Machu Picchu.” This is the only official boarding area.
