In this hands-on class, I will guide you step by step through the preparation of fresh pasta and traditional pesto made with a mortar and pestle. You will also make a delicious crostata, a simple and much-loved Italian tart based on my father’s family recipe. After the class, you’ll enjoy your homemade dishes in the comfort of my apartment, accompanied by excellent wine. In summer, if you prefer, we can dine in my beautiful garden, a peaceful oasis where you would never imagine being in the heart of London.
