We’ll begin our experience at a local market in the Surquillo district, near Miraflores, where you’ll discover the amazing variety of fresh and organic products that Peru offers — from colorful vegetables and native tubers to exotic fruits, meats, and spices.
Then, we’ll head to a local restaurant to taste Peru’s most iconic dish, Ceviche, accompanied by a refreshing Chicha Morada, a traditional purple corn drink. You’ll also enjoy another local favorite, Causa Rellena, a delicious layered potato dish filled with chicken.

Next, we’ll visit Lima’s main Fish Market, where you’ll learn about the Peruvian fishing industry and its importance to the country’s economy and gastronomy.
