The trek begins at the Lemosho Gate with the help of your guides and porters. From there, you’ll hike through the rainforest to the Mti Mkubwa Camp, where you’ll spend the first night. This day will give you an introduction to the natural beauty of the mountain and allow you to gradually acclimatize to the altitude.
