Join us in our cosy "voorkamer" (lounge) for a hands-on demonstration to make your own biltong. We'll share fun facts and tips - from selecting the right cut of meat to how to prepare and cure it.
Biltong is a South African dried meat snack that is different from American jerky. It is made with beef, game meat, or ostrich, and is seasoned with a blend of spices that is unique to South Africa.
