Kumbalangi is a quiet, leafy island village known for rural tourism activities. People visit the island to see Chinese fishing nets, explore its mangrove forests, and experience traditional Keralan village life. Boat trips from Kallenchery cruise along the surrounding backwaters. Local artisans and boatmen offer craft demonstrations and fishing trips, while simple, no-frills eateries serve seafood and local meals. Your itinerary will be as mentioned below:
10 am : You will start your trip from Cochin port or Hotel at 10am.
11 am : Arrive at Kumbalangi village. Welcome drink Tender coconut provided by our Host on arrival.
11:30am : Fish Farm Visit
12:00 pm : Angling
12:30 pm: Cast net Fishing
1pm : Kerala Traditional Lunch with
2pm : Activity experience such as Farm visit , Coconut Leaves Weaving, Clam Meat processing, Fishing with Chinese net
3pm to 5pm : 2 hours Boating
After 5 Pm, our representative will drop you to Cruise or Hotel. You will reach there approximately by 6pm.
