We will drive through Kavala's nature while our guide explains to you Greek customs, the region's history and stories about Greek mythology .When we arrive at our small village called Adriani , we’ll start with a walk through the wine cellars, where you’ll see exactly where the wines are stored and aged. The certifies oenologists will walk you through the winemaking process in a simple way, so you understand what’s behind every bottle without it feeling technical or heavy. We keep the group small so it stays relaxed and personal, and you can ask anything along the way. Then we sit down for the tasting, where you’ll try 5 different wine labels, each one explained briefly so you know what you’re drinking and why it’s special. Alongside the wines, you’ll enjoy a cheese board and charcuterie board, paired to match each glass. It’s all about slowing down, enjoying the setting, and experiencing wine the right way.
