Vehicle details
2. Driver Contact Before Pickup Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or phone on the day of travel to confirm your exact pickup location and estimated arrival time.
3. Arrival at Pickup Point
Be ready at the scheduled pickup location in Kathmandu at least 5–10 minutes before the scheduled time.
The driver will arrive on time and hold a name card with your name or a Viator signboard for easy identification.
4. Boarding the Vehicle
