As you leave behind the busy streets of Kathmandu, the peaceful countryside of the valley unfolds, offering scenic views of fields and farms dotted with villages where time seems to have stood still.

Your trek begins in Shankhu, leading you uphill through terraced farmlands toward Nagarkot, located on the northeastern edge of the valley.
