For those who can’t make it over to the magical South Australian oasis that is Kangaroo Island, why not experience the beauty of KI in our very own city of Adelaide? Join us here at Popeye on a vibrant tasting tour whilst cruising along The Torrens River with special city views you’d be pressed to experience any other way.
Tasting tours run for an hour and a half and you will be guided through the experience, what you’re tasting, how the spirits are crafted and the significance of distilling from KI. Have your questions at the ready and be prepared for an insightful cruise.

You will be served three of fourteen spirits KIS currently distill at their craft distillery in KI. The spirits on offer rotate monthly which means each cruise will always delight new senses.

Boarding The Popeye boat at Elder park Landing you will be shown to your table, which will be pre-set with Kangaroo Island Spirit tasting paddles consisting of three different beverages.
The bar will be open for the duration of the cruise in which you can order beer, wines, spirits & cocktails from our bartender providing table service .
A Kangaroo Island Spirits representative will guide passengers on board through the tastings, noting interesting stories behind the creation of the beverages, the history of Kangaroo Island Spirits and more.
