At the beloved sake bar in Kamakura locales, you can learn how to make rice balls or ONIGIRI and enjoy them with three different sakes. Onigiri is now one of the most renowned Japanese foods worldwide. Very humble, but it is a soul food for Japanese people. Onigiri made with freshly cooked rice, and wrapped with a crispy nori seaweed is nothing but delicious.
Naturally, it goes very well with sake because it is also made from rice. Many regional sakes from all over Japan are available.
