The event will take place in central Florence at Formaggioteca Terroir, a cheese shop with more than 50 selected cheeses. In 2023 Formaggioteca Terroir won Best Cheese Bar at the Italian Cheese Awards. Rebecca is a certified cheese taster (ONAF) and she'll meet you at Formaggioteca Terroir at noon.
