About
Breakfast in the tea ceremony is simple.
Onigiri, egg dishes, pickles and soups. Onigiri are prepared early in the morning, carefully prepared, and prepared according to the arrival of the customer. The rice is made from "Tsuyahime", which has been certified as the highest quality as Special A rice by the government. With all my heart, I use the cooked rice to make rice balls on the spot. One of Japan's most beloved dishes is hot freshly prepared rice balls. The mellow aroma of freshly cooked food and rich taste will fill your mouth.
