From the train station: Turn left and after 50m take a left turn down unto the West Pier. Continue down the pier with trawlers on the right and restaurants to your left. Near the end of the pier, just past Aqua Restaurant you'll see ferry boats on the right in the harbour.

See and photograph the large seal colony from the boat in Howth harbour and around Irelands Eye.
