There are many places where you may fly by hot air balloon, but a flight in the Loire Valley, France, is one of the top 10 things to do in this beautiful country.
You will overfly at least one of the most beautiful castles in France: Amboise, Chenonceau, Chinon, Chaumont sur Loire. All these castles are inseparable from the history of France and its kings.
Hot air balloon flights are organized every morning and evening, if weather permits, from April to October.
Balloon tours usually start in the early mornings (at about 6:00 to 9:00 a.m.) and evenings (from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.). A balloon flight lasts for about 1 hour, but the entire process takes about 3–4 hours.
