Itinerary
1
The Independence Palace
Known as the Reunification Palace, it is a historic landmark in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was the former presidential home and workplace of South Vietnam’s president during the Vietnam War. The building is famous for its 1960s architecture and for being the site where the Vietnam War ended on April 30, 1975, when a North Vietnamese tank crashed through its gates. Today, it’s a museum open to visitors, showcasing preserved rooms, war artifacts, and underground bunkers.

2
Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral
The heart of Ho Chi Minh City is a stunning 19th-century Catholic church built by the French. Known for its striking red brick façade, twin bell towers, and beautiful stained-glass windows, it stands as one of the city’s most iconic colonial landmarks and a symbol of Saigon’s rich historical and cultural blend.

Central Post Office
A beautiful French colonial building designed by Gustave Eiffel. Built in the late 19th century, it features a grand arched entrance, intricate ironwork, and a stunning interior with a vaulted ceiling and vintage maps — making it both a working post office and a popular tourist attraction.

4
War Remnants Museum
A powerful and sobering museum that documents the impacts of the Vietnam War. It features photographs, military equipment, and exhibits highlighting the war’s human cost, including the effects of Agent Orange and war crimes. It’s one of the city’s most visited sites, offering a deep and emotional look into Vietnam’s history.

Cu Chi Tunnels
The Cu Chi Tunnels, about 60 km from Ho Chi Minh City, are a vast underground network stretching over 200 kilometers, built and used by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War. These tunnels played a crucial role as hiding spots, supply routes, command centers, and even living quarters, allowing guerrilla fighters to evade and launch surprise attacks on enemy forces. Today, the site has been preserved as a war memorial and tourist attraction, where visitors can crawl through a section of the narrow tunnels, see hidden trapdoors, and learn about the incredible resourcefulness and endurance of the Vietnamese fighters who lived and fought underground for years.
