You need to be MODERATELY fit and wear trekking shoes or trail running shoes or Closed toe shoes. ON THE WALK THERE ARE MANY UP AND DOWN and those are the 4Ds of the hike: - Dislivell : 200m down - Duration : 3/4 hours - Difficulty : E (Moderate) - Distance 7kms (5 miles)
The view is amazing cause you can see all the Amalfi Coast and Islands (Including Capri). We might see some goats too. I will also explain you Fauna, Flora and culture of the area.
