We'll start the day with some Qi-Gong-inspired movements before heading out for a panoramic hike with a view of Brighton's stunning coastline. We will pause for a beginner-friendly, feel-good yoga flow and a picnic on the way. It is a soothing remedy to the tensions of modern life and the ideal opportunity to get back to nature and reconnect with mind, body and soul.
