06:00-06:30 am: the bus will pick up in the Old Quarter. 06:45: bus starts to Sapa There will be one or two short breaks on the way to Sapa so you could go to the restroom and rest your legs a bit.

14:00: Start trekking to Lao Chai - Ta Van village

Lao Chai village Sapa is 6 km far from the center town, you will see Lao Chai village Sapa where the Black H’mong people are living, it is also the beginning of a valley which is called Muong Hoa valley.
