Enjoy the authentic chef experience cooking class with Rita and Luisa, two sisters expert in the culinary traditions of their territory preserving and sharing their knowledge of local traditions, recipes and hospitality, opening the doors of their family home. All classes are hands-on and feature local seasonal ingredients, some from Rita’s garden, most of them from the Sorrento Peninsula. The class starts with a visit to the vegetable garden and collection of products (depending on seasonality). You will be offered a welcome drink and canapes. All classes start with a visit of the garden to pick up local seasonal ingredients that we use to make antipasto, pasta, main course and dessert.
Everyone will prepare and create his own dish with the supervision of the Chef. You get the opportunity to step into a home where cooking has been deeply rooted for decades.
Learn how to make, hand-made Ravioli, fresh pasta, Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, how to prepare the catch of the day “all’acqua pazza” and many more recipes.
