Itinerary
Come to the coast and stay awhile! Our half-day seafood adventure combines three incredible seafood experiences. We like to call it, “The Trio.”
4:00 PM: We’ll kick it off with an expert-guided oyster and wine tasting on our panoramic rooftop (12 oysters and accoutrements with two wine pairings).
5:30PM: The team at Maine Oyster Company will make you a freshly-made lobster roll, with lobsters sourced from our next-door neighbors, Small Point Fisheries!
6:00-7:30PM: We’ll top off the day with a sunset boat cruise that’ll take you to the oyster farm. We'll have the chance to discuss all you’d like to know about aquaculture, and end the day with golden hour light along the sea.
