- We will contact the customer after receiving the booking to confirm the pickup time, pickup address, and destination address. - We will pick up passengers at their hotel or Tuan Chau Port (Ha Long) . the driver will arrive 5 minutes early to locate and confirm the passengers' identities. - We will travel via the expressway from Ha Long to Sapa. - Covering a distance of approximately 470 km, we will make stops along the way for passengers to rest, use the restroom, and have a meal. - We will arrive at the destination after about 9 to 10 hours , the driver will assist with luggage and thank you for using our company's services.
