About
We are a small artisan and independent company located in the hills of Prosecco, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019. Our family has a winery that produces wines 'col fondo' for over a century, refermented in the bottle. They are the wines of the tradition of our territory, of which we strongly wish to preserve the memory. The long experience in spontaneous fermentation has allowed us to enter the world of beer in recent times compared to wine, but it confirms our passion for this type of processing. Beer Follina produces high fermentation, unfiltered and unpasteurized beers. Fermented in bottle, they have a natural sediment.

You will visit the production area together with the reception manager, who will explain the various stages of production of our beers: from raw materials to cooking, to bottling and storage for the refermentation phase. Then we will taste together 3 Follina craft beers, accompanied by cheeses and cold cuts from our territory, accompanied by a crisp gardener and a delicious grape mustard. At the end of the visit you will be given a free gift labeled Follina Beer.
