For our Niagara Craft Cider Day Tour, our guests will first begin learning all about the cider-making experience from the insight provided by the experts at Niagara College’s Teaching Winery. From there, it will be lunchtime over in Virgil at Silversmith Brewing Company and an occasion for a refreshing pint of cider. The 3rd stop on the Day Tour will be an informative talk & tastings of Shiny Ciders over at Small Talk Vineyards. The Day Tour concludes with an educational tour & tastings of Ironwood Hard Cider at Canada’s original fruit winery – Sunnybrook Winery near the lakeshore in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
