Our cooking class will make the authentic Greek Moussaka dish and Spanakopita pie by opening your phyllo pastry (Spinach pie). We will make two classic traditional pies: Spinach pie and Milk pie. In addition to making homemade pies, we will prepare Greek island-inspired salad with cherry tomatoes aromatized with aged local vinegar and Greek yogurt tzatziki sauce. Head to a much-loved rooftop patio in the vibrant Monastiraki neighborhood, where you’ll be taught how to prepare and cook classic Greek dishes by an experienced chef. Then, when your work is done, join your fellow food-lovers on the bakery’s roof to enjoy your freshly prepared 3-course dinner with out-of-this-world views of the city and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Acropolis of Athens.
