Gjirokaster Mosque
visit the Bazaar Mosque, located in the heart of the Old Bazaar. Built in 1757 during the Ottoman era, it's one of the few remaining mosques in southern Albania from that period. Admire its elegant minaret, stonework, and unique architectural harmony with the surrounding traditional houses.

Skenduli House
Visit the Skenduli House, a masterpiece of Ottoman-era architecture, owned by one of Gjirokastër’s most prominent families. Built in the early 1700s, the house has nine fireplaces, 64 windows, and beautifully carved wooden ceilings. With its original structure fully intact, it's a rare opportunity to step into a real 18th-century Albanian mansion, meet the family that own the place and see how wealthy people once lived.
