Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
•
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
•
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
•
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
•
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

What's Included
Fuel is included with every pontoon rental!
We have free parking for up to 2 vehicles per reservation!
It is a self-guided rental, allowing you to explore the 15-square miles of Choctawatchee Bay at your own pace.
Gratuities are not required, but greatly appreciated for the crew that works hard to ensure the best experience for guests!
Guests must choose at check-in between a $75 non-refundable damage protection that covers up to $1000 of potential damage or a $500 security deposit that's fully refundable if back w/ no damage
Anyone driving born in or after 1988 needs a boater's license to drive rental equipment

The dockhands will give a safety briefing prior to departure explaining how to use the equipment, where you can and can't go, and answer any questions you may have! Then you can cruise to Crab Island and relax your day away!
