Gianyar Street Night Market
Your tour guide will meet you at the meeting point.
We'll take in the sizzling sounds and mouthwatering aromas, and discover authentic Balinese dishes you won’t find in the tourist hotspots. Together, we’ll handpick a variety of meals to share for dinner, with plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, and meat lovers!
Savour local specialties like babi guling (spit-roasted pork), ayam betutu (slow-cooked chicken with Balinese spices), pepes ikan (fish steamed in banana leaves) and veggie nasi campur (rice with vegetable sides, peanuts and spicy sambal). Along the way, we'll also pick up some jajan pasar (market snacks) such as smoky skewers of sate hot off the grill, and rujak fruit salad with a spicy dressing.
To close off we will indulge in some must-try traditional desserts like bubur injin (creamy black rice pudding) or es daluman, a refreshing coconut milk drink with a caramel-like sweetness.
