The Georgetown 7 Curry Tour is an immersive culinary experience that exposes guests to the entire process of preparing the traditional Guyanese dish 7 Curry, from buying key ingredients such as eggplant, edoe and catahar at a local vegetable market to learning the steps of preparing the dish with chef Eon John.
