The Buddha Memorial Hall is located in Fo Guang Shan, Kaohsiung City. It was completed and opened to visitors at the end of 2011. The museum has a grand layout, including an auditorium, eight pagodas, a thousand-person photo booth, Bodhi Square, the Main Hall, and the Fo Guang Buddha. Every year, it attracts many tourists from all over the world to visit and learn Buddhist culture and art. Among them, the Fo Guang Buddha is located behind the main hall and is the landmark building of the Buddha Memorial Hall. The Great Buddha is 108 meters high and is currently the largest and tallest bronze sitting Buddha in Asia.

Lotus Pond

The Pier-2 Art Centre

2. The Pier-2 Art Zone was originally called "Kaohsiung Port No. 2 Ferry Terminal". It started in 1973 and served as a warehouse for Kaohsiung Port to store fishmeal and sugar. Later, due to industrial transformation and changes, this warehouse group was taken over.
