About

In the morning, you will head to Angkor Thom city, founded in 12th century by king Jayavarman VII and remained the capital until 17th century. Here you will visit the most well-preserved gate in the complex, then continue to the peaceful smiling faces embedded in the tower temple of Bayon. Then it will be time for you to visit the so called Ta Prohm, overgrown by huge tree monsters with snake-like roots, which is featured in the Tomb Raider movie. After having shot hundreds of photographs, you will head to the active pilgrimage site of Angkor Wat, the biggest Hindu temple in the world to marvel at its lively carved wall, and reliefs on hundreds of roof supporting pillars. After completing the tour around all the most visited temples in Angkor complex, you will still have time to admire whole view of it from a rice paddy, in the northeast highland, and the active reservoir of West Baray plus get fresh air on the summit of Phnom Bakeng hill until sunset.
