The Pachacamac archaeological site is located outside the tourist districts, and it takes approximately 45 minutes to get there and 45 minutes to return.

The historic center is situated about 25 minutes away from this archaeological site, with a return trip also taking around 25 minutes.

Museo de Sitio y Santuario Arqueologico de Pachacamac
Let's visit the new site museum that is located inside the Pachacamac Archaeological Complex where we will observe the ceramics, textiles and jewelry that were made by the different cultures that developed there (Lima Culture, Wari Culture, Ychsma Culture and Inca Culture). Also, we will meet the god Pachacamac.

El Santuario de Pachacamac
Within the archaeological complex, we will stop at several key points to explain the development of the cultures, their lifestyles, diets, religions, offerings, and more. The locations we will visit in the complex include:
- The Acllawasi (House of the Chosen Girls)
- The Pyramid with Ramp
- The Qhapaq Ñan (Inca Trail)
- The House of Taurichumpi
- The Max Uhle Cemetery
- The Old Temple
- The Painted Temple
- The Temple of the Sun

Let's visit San Martín Square, which was established to celebrate Peruvian freedom. In the center, we will find an important statue honoring General San Martín. The square is also surrounded by beautiful buildings, including the Colón Theater, the Gran Hotel Bolívar, and the National Club.

One of the most important streets in the historic center of Lima, this area features many mansions from that era, as well as the impressive Church of La Merced. Its majestic facade is sure to leave you in awe.

Catacumbas del Convento de San Francisco
One of the most popular attractions in downtown Lima is this church. Beneath the church, you will find the famous Catacombs, which served as a public cemetery in the past. Additionally, you can explore its stunning rooms, including a library that houses over 25,000 original books from various centuries, a choir room featuring remarkable wood carvings, and the main cloister, which is adorned with original Sevillian tiles, among other highlights.

One of the most prominent squares in Lima is surrounded by significant buildings, including the Government Palace, the Cathedral, and the Municipality of Lima, among others. In the center of the square, there is a beautiful bronze fountain that holds a rich history and tradition.

The Metropolitan Cathedral Basilica of Lima, the Primate of Peru, is the most important church in the country and an architectural gem located in the Plaza de Armas, at the heart of Lima's Historic Center.

Iglesia de Santo Domingo is one of Lima's most historic religious sites, featuring a large convent built on land granted to the Dominican friar Vicente de Valverde.
