Panstwowe Muzeum Auschwitz-Birkenau
Your tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum will begin in the city center or in your hotel in Krakow. The museum is located about 65 kilometers west of Krakow.
After a 1.5-hour drive you will arrive and begin your 3-hour tour of the museum. Visit Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II-Birkenau, where you'll find crematoriums and gas chambers, as well as loading/unloading ramps and wooden and brick barracks, the former of which is entered through the iconic gate inscribed with Arbeit Macht Frei (Work Sets You Free). Visitors can see some surviving barracks and the ruins of gas chambers and crematoriums.
At the end of the route is where you’ll encounter the Monument to International Victims of Fascism.
Private transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau, but the tour in the museum is shared with other people in a group of up to 30.
We have English speaking drivers, but guides supervising tours in Auschwitz- Birkenau speak various languages. Time of pick up from hotel or apartment depends which language you choose.
