During this experience you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta DA scratch, kneading and creating different traditional Italian formats with the help of an Expert chef. After shaping the pasta, we will cook and taste it together with typical seasonings. The activity is practical, fun and suitable for everyone, and at the end you will bring with you recipes and techniques for making pasta at home.
