Swimming Pool Training - Static and Dynamic Freediving (we will meet at the pool)

The SIS Kata
We will start at 9am at the swimming pool. We will talk about you freediving is about and how to handle it. The course is at a slow pace and design for everyone.
We will practice static freediving (holding your breath in a static position) and dynamic freediving (swimming horizontally for a certain distance underwater)
