We'll meet at 10:30am at Pencil & Fork, located in the center of La Coruña, very close to the fish and seafood market, as well as meat, fruit, and vegetables. We'll have a coffee and discuss what we're going to buy at the market and how we'll cook it. We'll visit the market to see the varieties of fish and seafood on offer, and we'll buy our ingredients, giving you the opportunity to ask the vendors questions. Back in the kitchen, we'll get organised and start cooking together. We'll sit at the table and indulge our appetites, accompanied by regional wines and beers.
