We begin with self-introductions and a talk about the charm of sweet bean paste, followed by an explanation of the day's schedule. White bean paste colored with natural powders from vegetables and fruits is prepared. The instructor demonstrates how to pipe flowers using white and red bean paste, providing careful guidance. Then, participants practice piping flowers themselves. The piped flowers are placed on ohagi arranged in a box, finished with bamboo grove decorations.
