Bargello National Museum
Private tour of the Bargello National Museum. Your Private Guide will meet you in the Old Town and take you to the Palazzo del Bargello, which is located near the famous Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Vecchio.
Along the way you will learn a little bit about Bergallo’s history as a former palace, barracks and prison. The Bargello National Museum houses a rich art collection of sculptures, ceramics (maiolica), textile, tapestries, ivory, silver, armor and coins. Its treasures include Michelangelo’s Bacchus, Pitti Tondo (Madonna and Child), Brutus and David Apollo; Donatello's David and St. George Tabernacle; and other masterpieces from the 14-17th century. It will be a great journey of discovery of Italian Gothic and Renaissance art!
