Your adventure begins with an early pick-up from your hotel or Riad in Fes at 7:00 AM. You'll be greeted by your friendly driver and set off for an incredible journey into the Middle Atlas Mountains. Our first stop is Ifrane, known as "Morocco's Switzerland," with its charming Alpine architecture and snow-covered landscape in winter. From there, we’ll continue through the vast cedar forests surrounding the Berber village of Azrou, home to the famous Barbary apes. You may even catch a glimpse of these playful creatures as they attempt to share your lunch!
As we wind through the towering peaks and verdant valleys of the Atlas Mountains, we’ll reach Rissani, a town at the edge of the Sahara. Then, as if by magic, the vast sand dunes of Erg Chebbi will appear before you. After a warm welcome at your Kasbah/hotel, enjoy a refreshing cup of sweet tea, relax, and unwind before a delicious dinner accompanied by traditional Berber music.
