Once you arrive at our meeting point, together with our surf instructors, you choose the wetsuit size that suits you best and load the boards into the van and head to the best surf spot of the day, depending the weather conditions and tide.
When you arrive to the beach each class are divided into its theoretical and practical components. The surf theory sessions include information about:
- Presentation of the surfing equipment - Introduction to the aquatic environment - Safety rules - Surfboard handling techniques - Paddling techniques (how to catch a wave) - Take-off technique (1-2-3) - Balance techniques on the surfboard - Explanation of the winds’ functioning and behaviour of the waves...
