Come to the meeting point in Tra Que Herb Village and see the herbs growing. Then, enjoy a welcome drink before you start your cooking lesson. Find out how to cook 4 different local dishes, including Hoi An spring rolls, pancakes, a special dish from the vegetable village.
The local chef will prepare some of the ingredients beforehand to make it easier to prepare. Have fun with the other people in the class as you learn the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine. Afterward, eat all of the food you have made and chat about the lesson. Finally, head back to your hotel.
