In this class, you will experience cooking traditional Japanese home dishes such as Osechi (New Year’s meal), festival rice dishes, and bento preparation. We will also use traditional Japanese tableware, such as lacquerware, allowing you to appreciate the beauty of Japan’s food culture alongside cooking. The class is primarily demonstration-based.
The menu changes monthly, depending on the season. If you would like the meal to be served in a bento style, please let me know in advance via message, as this may not always be the default presentation.
