Fly Kathmandu to Lukla(2840m) and trek to Phakding

Lukla
Fly over the mountains to Lukla (2840m), roosted high on a slant in the Khumbu area of the Himalaya. Here, we'll meet our Sherpa aides, and porters and initiate our trek, plummeting 1,500 feet to the Dudh Kosi (River of Milk). As we take after the trail to the town of Phakding, we'll pass mani dividers, rocks cut with Tibetan Buddhist supplication engravings.
