The Etna volcano helicopter experience requires good weather. If it is canceled due to poor weather, you will be offered a different date or an alternative tour of the east coast of Sicily (Taormina, Isola Bella, Castelmola, Cyclops Riviera). All passengers must accept the same option offered to make the alternative flight.

How are seats assigned in the helicopter? The assigned seats depend on the weight and height of the passengers to maintain the balance of the helicopter.
