Itinerary

At Yoshida Sushi, enjoy a hands-on Edomae sushi experience that combines history, culture, and authentic flavors. First, learn about Edomae sushi, its connection to old Tokyo, and how sushi developed from a quick local food into one of Japan’s most iconic culinary traditions.
Next, wear a traditional happi coat and join a sushi-making masterclass guided by the sushi staff. Learn the basic movements of shaping sushi rice and placing toppings, then try making your own sushi. This is also a great opportunity for photos and videos.
After the lesson, enjoy sushi prepared by the sushi team. The Regular Plan includes a premium sushi tasting experience, while the VIP Plan includes an upgraded omakase-style sushi course with Japanese sake pairing. At the end, receive an original certificate as a memorable souvenir.
