Explore Hawke’s Bay Wineries by bike – a fun SELF-GUIDED cycle ride along dedicated, flat cycle trails to visit Napiers leading wineries for a wine tasting or grab a bite to eat, before heading back to Napier and your start point.
This is a SELF-GUIDED ride - we will give you a map. Allow at least 3 hours for cycling this route with 1-2 winery stops.
NOTE: not all wineries are open everyday, please note winery opening days below.
Your route is on a dedicated cycle pathway (approx 40km/25 miles) 2.5 hours cycling beside the Pacific Ocean to trails through farmland, orchards, river stop banks & estuarys.

Your port shuttle bus will drop you off at the Napier isite (2km from the port). Keep an eye out on this ride - look to your left for some GREEN FLAGS which are outside our base. This is where you will walk to to meet us & get your bikes - a 5 minute, 650m walk.
