1
Tampa Riverwalk
Repeatedly named one of the nation's best riverwalks, the Tampa Riverwalk is where runners will start and end their tour. There will be no official stops along the Riverwalk.
2
Tampa Theatre
Runners will stop here as an official tour stop with history and photos. Your guide will give you a detailed history on the building as well as information on the history of the surrounding 5 & Dime district. This also includes several ghost stories for this particular building. Runners will learn all about this historic 1926 building that is now one, if not the only, left in the country in its original stylings.

The University of Tampa Campus
Built in 1891 and once known as the Tampa Bay Hotel by Henry Plant, this is a prime stop along the tour as it's not only beautiful and incredibly unique to the standard architecture anywhere else in Florida, but also packed with history. Runners will explore the gardens of Plant Park while learning about the former hotel as well as the Sticks of Fire monument, also on the campus alongside the river. Your tour guide will give you an extensive history lesson on this time in Tampa and how the hotel, the railroad, cigars and the Spanish American war were all catalysts for the booming city we know today.
