From the moment you step into our Mate Bar, the atmosphere wraps around you: rustic wood, countryside details, soft folkloric music, and the warmth of an old-fashioned pulpería. You quickly realize that mate is not just a drink — it’s a living tradition and a way to connect.
In this unique experience, you’ll learn how to cure the calabash —the traditional gourd used to drink mate— and how to prepare (cebar) a proper mate, just like Argentinians do: at the perfect temperature, with care and intention.
During the round, you’ll taste five varieties of premium yerba mate —organic, pesticide-free, and aged for 24 months— served in the most traditional ways: amargo (bitter), dulce (sweet), cocid...
