Three hours of wandering through the alleys of the old city, we will visit the most important landmarks of the city and its markets.
- Souk Sebbaghine, also known as the Dyers' District
- Saffarine Square the the coppersmiths Square.
- The Funduq al-Shamma'in, a medieval funduq (urban caravanserai)
- Al-Karaouine (or Al Quaraouiyine) is the oldest mosque – center – school – university that exists and functions continuously in the world!
- Moulay Idriss II mausoleum; the founder of Medina.
- Nejjarine Square a market for wood craftsmen ("carpenters") who traditionally worked in this area.
- Sidi Frej or the maristane of Fez founded in the 13th century functioned as a hospital and hospice for the poor and the mentally ill until the 20th century.
- Mederssa Al-Attarine, Small Marinid madrasa built in the 14th century, the al-Attarine Madrasa stands at the entrance of a spice and perfume market.
- The oldest tannery in Chouara the largest tannery in the city and one of the oldest.
