Best advice: Travel with a licensed local guide to ensure a smooth entry process and help with any questions at the checkpoint. Money & Payments (Very Important) ❌ Credit and debit cards are NOT accepted (Visa and Mastercard do not work) ❌ No international ATMs available ✔ Cash only What to bring: Moldovan Lei or Euros Exchange your money inside Transnistria for local rubles ⚠️ Important: Transnistrian rubles cannot be exchanged outside the region, so only convert what you plan to spend.
